Skilled Immigration Program

Australia, often referred to as the “land of plenty,” lives up to its name, especially in economic terms. It boasts one of the fastest-growing and most prosperous economies in the global market—and it continues to thrive. Becoming part of Australia’s economic landscape offers a sense of stability and satisfaction that is highly sought after by individuals and investors alike.

For investors exploring their next venture, Australia presents a dynamic opportunity. With a remarkable track record of GDP growth, the country also holds the distinction of having the lowest debt levels (measured by Gross Financial Liabilities) among OECD nations. Additionally, Australia is an attractive destination for foreign investment, supported by one of the world’s most robust property markets. If you’re seeking a secure, rewarding, and forward-thinking environment to grow your investments, Australia is a destination worth considering.

Professions and Occupations Eligibility

Two key occupation lists apply to skilled migrant visa applications: the Skilled Occupation List (SOL), used for the Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189), and the Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL), relevant for the Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190).

Importantly, many occupations listed on the CSOL are also included in the SOL. As a result, applicants for the Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190) can qualify through the points test under either list.
